If there is a problem with the order( missing an item ,wrong color sent or damaged upon arrival) let me know by email  within 5 days of order received. I will try to make effort to fix any mistake made in the order. Under other instances all sales are final. I DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.

All US packages are shipped using USPS based on the weight if in any case you need your order expedited let me know , I would be happy to help you out.

International order are shipped with priority first class or based on the weight of the order what is the best option would be considered. I am not responsible for any customs charge.
